Mission
HR Tracking — SR2 (Strategic Research for Results) is dedicated to conducting and sharing research on workplace issues that critically affect today’s workplace. Research from HR Tracking — SR2 is focused on a variety of workplace issues, including substance abuse, workforce demographics, career issues, and ethical HR practices. HR Tracking was founded based on the 30 year research project on substance abuse in the workplace conducted by Dr. James W. Schreier, Ph.D., SPHR
