According to a recent article in Scientific American Mind, Workplace Bullying is a significantly more serious problem than sexual harassment.  37% of U.S. employees have been bullied at their job, as opposed to 8-10% who have been sexually harassed.   It’s a serious issue, raising legal, management, and human resource issues that HR Tracking would like to explore.
